31/12/08

Well another year has ended, and I'm very behind with the news, due to my health not being 100%.

However, our kennel finished on a high note, with the notification that Desi has won enough points under The Cocker Spaniel Clubs own points system for him to be awarded the prestigious title of ' Cocker Spaniel Puppy of the Year 2008 '. Thank you to the judges who made this possible.....from March to Oct 08 he has been shown sparingly and has only twice not won his puppy class at a championship show in that time. Besides being a lovely dog to show, he is a superlative companion, always full of fun, but ready to melt in your arms for a cuddle whenever he gets the opportunity.

Hannah ended her year as Sonja's new owner by winning BoB with her under Angela McLaren Marson at North Western Counties Spaniel on Dec 22nd. Desi also won his class. Earlier in the month both siblings won their classes at The London Cocker Spaniel Clubs Championship show, so our beautiful dogs did us proud in 2008.Good luck to you all in 2009......xxxx

Charbonnel Swedish Warrior

17/12/08

Today we feature a photo of one of Desi's offspring on our front page....he is Charbonnel Swedish Warrior, who is now owned by Wendy Worgan in Bedfordshire. Much as I wanted to keep this promising young boy, it just wasn't an option, having as I have 3 generations of black males here - his father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Young Jack will hopefully continue to grow on the right lines, and we look forward to seeing him in the ring next year.

His brother Charbonnel Finnish Design in now in Finland with Sari Jaaskelainen. Big thanks to Sanna Leskisan for all her help and for travelling with Voitto ....xx

We have his sister and one other Desi daughter from Sh.Ch.C.Silhouette who will keep us busy next year .....

30/11/08

Another BEST IN SHOW for Desi !!!! This time at the Gundog Club of North Wales Open Show, under Glyn Griffiths (Glanerch ) The breed judge was Christine Littlemore (Krismoor), who was attending shows with her parents as a child when I first started showing in the 70's.There was a long wait before the BIS challenge, so I had time to spend with June Hill and other local breed folk and it was all very reminiscent of days gone by because many stayed until the end to support us and also to watch Coral Morris win 3rd in the Puppy group with her young blue....

22 + 23 /11/08

A busy weekend for our boys....Little Sonja had to stay at home because she is on heat.

Jack and his son Desi both won their classes at Devon and Cornwall CSC Championship show, under Pam Walker (Cardamine) and we are very pleased to say that the Dog CC winner was by our Charbonnel Double Dutch - Congrats to Colin and Val Flowers and their black boy Kelbonny Go Dutch on their first CC in 29 years of showing ......we are pleased to have played a small part in your success.

Yesterday was Coventry Cocker Spaniel Club's Open show, and our young boy Desi came out on top winning Best in Show under the judge Janice Beever (Dandyjan). Jack also won Open dog, so we were very proud. Go Dutch was also in the unbeaten line-up again, well done all !!!

16/11/08

Well done to Lacey - CHARBONNEL HIDE'N'CHIC- and her owner Tina Beswick, for winning the Junior class at the Parti-colour Cocker Spaniel Club Open Show today. She is litter sister to Blue'n'Yellow who won his first C.C. in Sweden last week. She has had a very heavy puppy coat, but it looks as though Tina's perseverance has paid off, what fantastic furnishings she has !!

15/11/08

I am proud to say that Hannah and Sonja had a really good day at Midland Cocker Spaniel Club Open show today under Sandra Gregory (Glasfryn). Not only did they win Reserve Best in Show together, but Sonja also gained her last point for her Junior Warrant.

Desi won his class and behaved impeccably as always.

Hannah was also asked to 'judge' the puppy walk in the interval.Thank you to the club for affording her this pleasure, which is another experience which will help her when she judges for the first time at the Taunton and DCS show in January.

9/11/08

A day to make any breeder proud......

Hannah and young Sonja represented our kennel at North of England Cocker Spaniel Association today, in a very respectable entry under breed judge Mr Leslie Forfar, Glasedin. She was thrilled to win all 3 of her classes and Reserve Best in Show, bringing home a beautiful rosette and LOTS of Arden Grange food....WELL DONE GIRLS !! I believe there was a photographer at the show from one of the weekly Dog Papers.....

Todays wins take Sonjas Junior Warrant points tally to 24, so now she just needs 1 Open show win (with 3 or more in the class) to qualify for her JW title....she already has her stud book number, so the JW would be another feather in her cap.

BIS line-up at North of England Open show.....CHARBONNEL DREAM DESIGN. Reserve BIS, and Hannah in centre.

I had a very excited Theres Johansson on the phone today from Denmark.....she was so thrilled because CHARBONNEL BLUE'N'YELLOW had won the Dog CAC (his first) and BEST DOG in Sweden yesterday under Nina Karlsdotter in Åstorp .He was later declared Best Junior in Show !!!!!

On Sunday he was shown at the Herning International show, Denmark, under Tamas Jakkel. Billy started the day by winning the junior class which qualified him for the title Scandinavian Junior Winner 2008,then he won the Danish CAC.

I am very proud of this young dogs achievements, and thank Theres and Borge for having the faith in me to buy him when I had only sent them a couple of photos .....I said he would do well for you, so hopefully you are happy so far ?? !!!!

Well done to Rebecca too for her junior handling achievements, being Top Junior Handler in Sweden !

2/11/08....continued.....

Thought you might like to see these photos of some of our gang getting themselves wet and mucky down the fields.....Teasel, Dash, Buffy and Lulu, all much loved bitches who are all trimmed short so that they can 'get down and dirty' and enjoy themselves !!!

2/11/08

We had a quiet weekend, but over in Sweden Desi and Sonja's brother Johnny, Charbonnel Manacas Design was busy winning his first CC !! He was also 4th in the Best Dog competition, with their mum, Monicas lovely Sonja, Manacas Undesingned Dream, winning Best Bitch and BOS, under the judge Beata Petkevica. Thanks for the photo Mon !!xx

25/10/08

Some good news from Monica in Sweden where Charbonnel Manacas Design (Desi and Sonja's brother) was at a Gundog show in Mjolby ,in junior class for the first time, which he won with CK and later placed 4th best male. Their dam, Ch.Manacas Undesingned Dream won the Championclass and best bitch. Judge was Mr Fredrik Norgren. Well done all !!! No photos as Monica was on her own.....

18/10/08

A club I've always had a soft spot for is North Wales CSC,as it is where I first 'cut my teeth' in the breed club show stakes.....in those days in the late '70's all the top kennels showed at breed club open shows, and it was in those heady days when exhibitors stayed until the end of the day to watch (and learn about??) their breed. We used to use card tables for grooming our dogs on, and if we were lucky enough to have cages they were plastic -covered wire ones. Some 'big breeders' used to use wooden boxes.

My Mum and Dad often came to the shows to watch then too, more especially if they were held in North Wales, and they were always made really welcome. I have recollections of being at Rhyl CS show with Sonic Sailor at C., and being in the ring with my GSD, while Sailor ('Ashley') was ,I thought, safely in his cage. I came out of the ring, only to find that Ashleys cage was empty......! Shock, horror, the venue was the Town Hall, I think in Abergele, which was right on a main road and I went out onto the street, running up and down the road like a demented fool, screaming 'ASHLEY ,ASHLEY' at the top of my voice, but he was nowhere to be seen.....He could run like a deer when he wanted to, and I was out of my mind with worry. I dashed back into the hall to ask the secretary to announce that I had lost him, and when I told her ,she said " Is that him ??",pointing across the stage at a lady with a golden cocker dog languishing upside down on her knee...!!! Of course it was, he hadn't run off at all, but had escaped from his cage and gone to the first person who would cuddle him and love him while I was showing Rosco.....

I digress......to come bang up-to-date, our dogs did well at North Wales Cocker Ch. Show this year, more especially Desi who although he was the only one in his class, then went on to be shortlisted in the last 4 for the DOG CC. Jack was 2nd in Limit and Sonja was 2nd in Novice bitch. Thanks to judges Sue Telford and Debbie Sawko.

5/10/08

It was the Cheshire Cocker Spaniel Clubs Open show today, and our dogs and their relatives did extremely well.

BIS was Bill and June Hendersons Pendledell Vienna, a black bitch by our CHARBONNEL DOUBLE DUTCH, Reserve BIS and BOS was our CHARBONNEL WAR HERO (out of Double Dutch's litter sister) and Best Puppy was War Hero's son CHARBONNEL SWEDISH DESIGN JW.

Hannah also won both her classes with Sonja, CHARBONNEL DREAM DESIGN and was awarded Reserve BPIS. Together they have won 8 points towards their Junior Warrant award this weekend !!

Below 2 photos taken of WAR HERO after the show....

4/10/08

Our dogs had a wonderful day at Yorkshire Cocker Championship show today.....I am very proud of ,and happy for, our Hannah as she won the RCC in bitches with her puppy bitch Sonja, CHARBONNEL DREAM DESIGN in very strong company, and also Best Puppy Bitch. Thank you SO much to everyone for their kind congratulations, emails and phone calls, all much appreciated. Bitch judge was Mrs Kath Keeley of Australia who was very thorough in her procedure. When we thanked her at the end of the day, she was very complimentary of Sonja and said to Hannah " I didn't know you from Adam" .....and of course, that's what it is all about !!

I am a very proud Mum, and have to say that I thought Hannah handled her puppy beautifully and little Sonja just pulled out all the stops, right until the end of the day when she had to compete for RBIS and best Puppy, both times going to the referee, she just moved like a DREAM ,with loads of style and drive!

Not to be outdone, our boys also had a good day under Mr.Mike Masters, with Jack ,CHARBONNEL WAR HERO, winning 2nd in Limit and the RCC too ! Desi, CHARBONNEL SWEDISH DESIGN, was shortlisted for the CC along with his Dad, and won Best Puppy Dog and Best Puppy in Show.

We fairly flew home........

27/9/08

I'm very proud to report that Hannah attended the Cheshire Cocker Spaniel Clubs Breed Specific seminar today and PASSED .....

I didn't dare expect her to do well, as I know how nerve-racking these exams can be...but I suppose in my heart-of-hearts I knew that she was capable of judging and placing dogs in a satisfactory manner. Well done my love !!!!

22/9/08

A quiet weekend for us show wise, but we do have news that Tina Beswick and CHARBONNEL HIDE'n'CHIC have been having some success, namely on Wednesday at Windsor Gundog Society, where Lacey was declared Best Puppy and Reserve Best of Breed and on Friday at Oxfordshire and Thame Show where she went Best Puppy again. Congratulations Girls !!!!!!

15/9/08

Darlington was another ' wellie' affair.....this time our ring was in quite bad shape too, but it all adds to the fun !

Desi came away with Best Puppy Dog, Sonja was 2nd in a quality puppy bitch class and Jack was 3rd in Limit, his first time in this higher class. Didn't think until on the way home that he now qualifies for his Stud Book number, so pleased with that. I think I have bred in excess of 40 dogs who have gained this KC award now, so very happy......

Talking of the way home, I was in very real pain, brought on by sciatica, knee problems and fibromyalgia...not easy for a body to cope with at times. I asked Hannah to get me some painkillers out of my handbag, and to pass me a drink to take them with, which she kindly did, but with this short quip - " I'd be good in a nursing home, wouldn't I ??? "  THANKS LOVE.......!!

Thought I'd share these photos, all taken at the show, in a greasy slippery ring (inside or outside) just to illustrate what the breed standard asks for -

' GAIT/MOVEMENT - True through action with great drive covering the ground well '

Sonja on the move

Desi on the move

Charbonnel Sapphire 'n' Lace on the move

Jack on the move

12/9/08

Ian Scott who compiles the lists for Top Cocker and Top Cocker Puppy confirmed today that our Desi is currently in the lead for TOP COCKER PUPPY 2008 !!!

8/9/08

Well, it was a mud bath, but our dogs did well ! Richmond championship show was judged by Les Chambers ( 'Selna', N.Ireland) and our 2 pups did us proud, with Desi (now officially CHARBONNEL SWEDISH DESIGN JW) winning his class, Best Puppy Dog and Best Puppy in Breed, and Sonja winning Puppy bitch, ably handled by Hannah. Not to be upstaged by his 'kids', Jack - CHARBONNEL WAR HERO - also won Post Graduate dog, which was the largest class of the day. Second was Val and Colin Flowers Kelbonny Go Dutch, a son to our CHARBONNEL DOUBLE DUTCH, so very similar breeding behind these 2 boys.

Below is a photo of Hannah and Sonja after the judging. I want to say how proud I am of Hannah's handling and the sympathetic way in which she handles our dogs. I remember when she was no more than a toddler she used to take Noodle (Sh.Ch.Charbonnel Amorette) in the ring when she was just a puppy herself, and I used to expect a great deal from her. A friend once said I expected too much from her, (and being a qualified riding instructor meant I was a bit bossy !!) but I have to say watching her in the ring today I had a lump in my throat, and I felt that my expectations could only be described as 'fulfilled'. I have never pushed her to enter the JHA/YKC classes, indeed I don't like the exaggerated way in which youngsters are expected to 'perform' with their dogs, preferring a softer, less obtrusive way of handling, and I think Han has developed her own quiet style. Thank you Hannah, you make me very proud, and you did an excellent job of getting both pups bathed and dried xx

Good news today too from Linda Garbutt, to say that her Lindridge Ticket to Ride daughter has produced 8 pups overnight to our young blue dog MANACAS LEARN LIFES ROPES TO CHARBONNEL. 4 orange roan, and 4 blue roan !!!! Congratulations .....!

3/9/08

Another successful championship show at the weekend for our Desi, CHARBONNEL SWEDISH DESIGN, when he won the Puppy Dog class and was awarded Best Puppy Dog at City of Birmingham under Maureen Cunnane.

Desi is now unbeaten in Minor Puppy/Puppy Dog since Border Union in June !!! Are we proud ??

The winner of the well-filled Puppy Bitch class was Tina Beswicks blue youngster CHARBONNEL HIDE'N'CHIC - well done Tina !! Lacey has had a really challenging puppy coat, but Tina has taken her time with it and it is now looking good....

Congrats to Chelsea and her puppy bitch Quintavia Lacey for BP !

Sarah Amatt has just sent me the following photo of Darcy, who she continues to steadily strip with the help of Kim Gain.(Thanks Kim !!!) Darcy has a coat and a half, but Sarah is having lots of fun with her in the ring, so she's very pleased.....

Good news from Sweden too - Monica took Joyce, CHARBONNEL ALL'S FAIR, to her first shows where she won a 2nd with HP (honorary prize) and a really good critique ,and at the international show the next day she won the junior class with HP again. Monica said that she enjoyed herself and really moved beautifully, and that's all we need to know !.

28/8/08

Better late than never !!! A few snippets of news ........

Sarah Amatt and Darcy (CHARBONNEL VANITY FAIR) had a good day last weekend at Suffolk & District Canine Society show. She took Best Puppy in Breed under Peter Upton (Tragus) and was Puppy Group 2 under Gary Upton. Now she is out of puppy and in with the 'big girls' so fingers crossed for you both....

Over in Switzerland Elisabeth and Christophe were showing CHARBONNEL FAIR TRADE ,and he won his third CAC and has now earned the title of Swiss Youth Champion. He isn't yet 12 months old and already a Champion. We are all very thrilled about this young dogs success, especially as he still has a lot of developing to do....The breed judge was M. Kardos and this is his critique :
He is a very attractive 11 month old dog, beautiful head, closed bite, beautiful eyes, good ears, very good neck, compact body, good angulations, very good feet, good tail, good coat, very good grooming, Ex.1 Youth CAC .

Congrats also to Monica ,kennel Manacas, who travelled to Estonia and won yet another Champion title with 3 of her cockers, including Desi and 'Little Sonja's' mother Manacas Undesingned Dream ....Well done !!!!

I thought I'd also feature this latest photo of Maggie (CHARBONNEL SWEDISH MODEL), who is now into Junior class in Denmark.....we are very proud of how she has come on, and hope she continues her winning ways ....Good luck with her Pia ....

18/8/08

We're proud to report that CHARBONNEL SWEDISH DESIGN won his final points for his Junior Warrant yesterday at the Welsh Kennel Club show, when he won Best Puppy Dog and Best Puppy in Breed under breed specialist Jinty Gill-Davies (Rosecourt).

It wasn't an easy win, especially as he had to beat his litter sister CHARBONNEL DREAM DESIGN, who had been declared Best Puppy Bitch !!! Thanks to everyone for their kind comments on our 2 youngsters, and a BIG thank you to Lesley Spencer for taking Sonja in for the BP challenge. Hannah is on her hols with her Gran, Auntie and 2 cousins, but was thrilled to bits to hear of her pup's win.

Photo shows her a couple of weeks ago giving Sonja one of many well-deserved kisses .......

17/08/08

Many thanks to Tina Beswick for sending me these photos of her Lacey, CHARBONNEL HIDE'N'CHIC, who is now 10 months old. She is maturing well, and has an abundance of quality coat...hopefully she will keep it ....and she is doing well in the ring too.

Always pleased to receive photos of my pups, no matter how old they are, so thanks Tina  !!!

11/8/08

Desi had another good weekend ,winning BOB and Best Puppy on Saturday at Vale of Clwyd Open show under Vicky Luckman and then winning his class and Best Puppy dog at Bournemouth Championship show under Joan Glennerster. After a while out of the ring after his kennel mate had given him a short back and sides (!!) Desi's sire CHARBONNEL WAR HERO returned to the ring on Monday and won Post Graduate Dog in good company. I had forgotten what a wonderful dog he is to show and how much he loves to cuddle with complete strangers !!

CHARBONNEL WAR HERO

2/8/08

Our dogs did well again at National Gundog.....Desi won the Puppy dog class and was declared Best Puppy Dog. I had entered him in the Puppy Stakes and he was a creditable 2nd in a large class of promising gundog puppies, so we were very pleased. Tony was 3rd in Novice, handled mainly by Hannah....

Well done to Mike and Tracey for their wins.

28/7/08

DESI continues his winning ways by topping the Puppy Dog class at Leeds and winning BEST PUPPY in very good company, under breed specialist Bev Webb. He is now well on his way to getting his 25 points for his Junior Warrant, and he will also hopefully become a 'Dad' very soon ,as his first mate, CHARBONNEL GOES DUTCH is due this week.

Dora was 2nd in Post Grad behind the bitch RCC winner and Tony was 4th in Novice, so a good day all in all.

We hope to have some new photos of the show team soon, weather permitting !! For now, here is Tony enjoying himself in he garden ............

and Hannah and Sonja sharing cuddles, a daily occurrence during the school holidays!

13/7/08

Always a special event, the Cocker Spaniel Club Championship show was blessed with lovely summer weather and an entry of 373 dogs this year. We had the honour, and pleasure, of winning BEST PUPPY IN SHOW with our 9 month old black puppy CHARBONNEL SWEDISH DESIGN,under dog judge Mrs.Anne Webster and bitch judge Mrs.Marjorie Coar.

Desi is by our own CHARBONNEL WAR HERO,out of SwShCh NUCH NORDW-06 SVCH Manaca's Undesingned Dream,'Sonja' ,who Monica Forsander bred and allowed to come here for a litter. That litter has proved to be very successful already, and we are very proud to have played our part in its creation.

Desi's sister,Hannah's 'Little Sonja' ,CHARBONNEL DREAM DESIGN, won 2nd in a class of 10 quality black bitches, and CHARBONNEL CASTANETTE was 2nd in a class of 28 junior bitches.Tony,MANACA'S LEARN LIFES ROPES AT CHARBONNEL was 2nd in A/C Tyro Dog,and Tina Beswicks young blue bitch CHARBONNEL HIDE'N'CHIC WITH CACHEL was 5th in a class of 19 Puppy bitches.

The highlight of the day for me though was handling Frankie,SH.CH.CHARBONNEL WARLORD,in the Veteran Dog class. He is my once-in-a-lifetime dog, and still gives me a tingle when I stand him on the table....he did not let me down and showed his heart out, but we had to be content with 2nd this year, behind Penny's Sh.Ch.Quettadene Copper Glow. These 2 males have won 60 C.C.'s between them, no mean feat, and I hope we can continue to show them for many years to come.

We have the privilege to be able to boast that Frankie is the grand-sire to both our BPIS winner AND the Dog C.C. winner Glenntree Zanette, and we are justly proud that Frankies legacy can live on, despite having been VERY sparingly used in his lifetime.....

Our news snippet wouldn't be complete without a special mention for Barbara and Graham Turner, whose CHARBONNEL DOUBLE DUTCH daughter JALANKIU DUTCH GOLD won a class of 24 yearling bitches,to tumultuous applause and cheers !! Well done Barbara, she moved extremely well for you !

Please click HERE  to view the full results of the show and see more photos .......

6/7/08

Our 2 youngsters Desi and Sonja (C.SWEDISH DESIGN AND C.DREAM DESIGN) had a good day today, winning both Minor puppy classes and with Desi declared Best Puppy dog under Frances Jackson (Mompesson) at South Wales Kennel Assoc. Dora was a creditable 2nd in Post Grad bitch and Tony was VHC in a well-filled Junior dog class.  It was also gratifying to see Trudi and Barbara placed with their 2 young bitches, both Double Dutch daughters...well done !

30/6/08

Thanks to Pia for updating me on Maggie's progress in Denmark. This time she took BOB Puppy at the Int. DKK show in Brøndby under judge Hassi Assenmacher-Feyl. We are really proud of her achievements, and pleased to see how she is maturing.....

16/6/08

Our latest pups (from last October !) are doing extremely well and again this weekend was no exception.

Firstly, our CHARBONNEL SWEDISH DESIGN won his Minor Puppy dog class and was awarded Best Puppy Dog, AND his sister DREAM DESIGN was Reserve in a strong MP Bitch class ably handled by Hannah, at Border Union Championship show under breed specialist Elaine Thomas.

Also, in Sweden, their litter brother CHARBONNEL MANACAS DESIGN won Best Puppy in Breed at the Cocker Club show in Granna under Frances Jackson ,and best puppy dog the next day under Jane Janekova, and in Denmark CHARBONNEL SWEDISH MODEL won Best Puppy in breed at a big all breeds Open show in Denmark and later took BIS 2 Puppy under judge Agnete Staunsholt Nilsson (DK). Pleased to say that the pups dam, the multi-titled MANACAS UNDESINGNED DREAM, was also best bitch on both days at the Swedish shows.

CONGRATULATIONS to Val and Colin Flowers and their black dog KELBONNY GO DUTCH, who won a strong Post Graduate dog class and the res C.C.at Border Union. Our 16 month old black bitch C.CASTANETTE also won a super Post Grad class of 21 bitches, her first move up with the older bitches. Both these 2 outgoing blacks are sired by our CHARBONNEL DOUBLE DUTCH.........

Photos below show Johnny and Maggie after their wins......

Good news and photos from Kelly Simmonds too, whose young bitch Keladity Treasure (Tinka- by CHARBONNEL INTERLORD X CHARBONNEL TRINKETTE AT KELADITY) attended an Open show and won the puppy bitch class, Best Puppy, Best Bitch, Best of Breed & PG4!!  The breed class judge was Eleanor Bothwell ( Norcis).

8/6/08

We are thrilled that Theres and Borge had a wonderful day at Vanersborg International show when their blue puppy dog CHARBONNEL BLUE 'N' YELLOW -Billy - won Best Puppy in Breed and BEST PUPPY ALL BREEDS !!! He has only been lightly shown so far, but has done extremely well, and we are proud that the Johansson family are so pleased with him.....they say he is a joy to own and show, and that he loves everybody and wants to play with all the other dogs !! It's far too soon for him to realise what a 'serious' job this showing is !

2/6/08

We received this lovely photo of Pia and Maggie accompanied by the following note....We are VERY pleased with Maggie's progress, and proud that she is already making her presence felt in Denmark!

" Yesterday Maggie (Charbonnel Swedish Model) went to her first real show - the Kennel Klub show i Varde. And what a beginning....... she did really, really well winning BOB Puppy ! We are so proud."

Thanks for keeping in touch Pia .x

1/6/08

DESI had a good day today at Crewe and District C.S., winning BPIB and 1st in the Gundog Puppy Group. Many thanks to judges Ruth Jardine (Glebegate) and Graham Tain (Tainmere ).It was a relaxed happy atmosphere, and Hannah came home with a big smile on her face, having been 'given' our little Sonja, CHARBONNEL DREAM DESIGN, as she makes such a good job of handling her. She was reserve in the puppy class of 8 and moved really well for her.........GOOD LUCK Han !

31/5/08

Another trip to Morfa beach, this time with Lulu, Cilla and Dash...they were impeccably behaved, saying hello to everyone they met, I was SO proud of them, and Cilla and Dash had a great time chasing the birds and swimming ...........Lulu wasn't so keen to get her belly wet !

Please see our new "Time Out" page for photos!

And while our dogs were enjoying themselves on the beach, CHARBONNEL MANACAS DESIGN, Johnny, was flying the flag for us in Sweden by winning Best Puppy in Breed at Norrköping International show under judge Mr Dan Ericson for Monica. Well done on your super win with Vanja Monica ....xx

30/5/08

A very pleasing day for our kennel today, when we had 4 dogs entered under breed specialist Ann Moore (Sprogmore) at Southern Counties Championship show.

CHARBONNEL SWEDISH DESIGN won Minor Puppy Dog and was declared Best Puppy Dog

CHARBONNEL DREAM DESIGN won Minor Puppy Bitch.

CHARBONNEL CASTANETTE JW won Graduate and

MANACAS LEARN LIFES ROPES AT CHARBONNEL won 2nd in Puppy Dog.

I have to say that it was VERY refreshing to be judged by Ann Moore. Not only was she thorough, courteous and clear about her decisions, she was also very kind with the dogs, and she was clearly very happy with the quality of the pups because she complimented us on them, as a class, after she had gone over all of them. I felt as though my dogs HAD been judged, and that the judge elect had passion and enthusiasm for the job in hand. It was apparent that the decisions made were truly her own opinion, and not what she felt she HAD to do, or had been told to do. Thank goodness there are SOME judges of this ilk left !

29/5/08

Congratulations to Irina and Shon - CHARBONNEL SWEDISH HERO - in Russia. At his first show under UK breed specialist Pamela Halkett (Wiljana) he won a second placing in puppy, with a very good critique, so Irina was very happy.

Shon is from the very successful mating of CHARBONNEL WAR HERO and SwShCh NUCH NORDW-06 SVCH Manaca's Undesingned Dream, and so of course is litter brother to Monica's Johnny and our Desi and Sonja, and also Pia's Maggie in Denmark. A wonderful quality litter and one of which we are duly proud.

25/5/08

Our 2 young cocker boys went 'head-to-head' today at Chester City Open Show under judge Alan Grindley, when both SWEDISH DESIGN (Desi) and MANACAS LEARN LIFES ROPES AT CHARBONNEL -YES, HE NOW OFFICIALLY CARRIES OUR KENNEL NAME !!- (Tony) won their classes, as there wasn't a puppy class. Tony came out on top and then went on to win 3rd in the Gundog Puppy group under judge Mr. Brian Townsend.

Meanwhile, Johnny, Desi's brother, did really well for Monica in Sweden by winning Best Puppy in Breed under Christian Vantu....thanks for the pic Mon !!

16/5/08

Our condolences go out to Cheryl, Alice and John on the loss of Tinker, their 17 year old golden girl. She was born in 1991,by Sonic Sailor x Charbonnel Short Story (Fair Cher's litter sister) and for the whole of her life she has been treasured and lovingly cared for. Thank you for your devotion.

I hope in the future to be able to feature some photos of Tinker, once Cheryl and her Mum and Dad are ready.

She was one of 2 initial pets that the family had from me, and now they have a 3rd,Holly.The dogs forged a unique friendship between me and Cheryl, I'm sure she would agree, and we have the dogs to thank for that. xx

11/5/08

Trudy Anslow had a pleasing day at North Western Counties Spaniel with her 2 Charbonnel's winning 2 1sts under breed specialist judges Ken Holmes (Kenan) and John Gillespie (Lochranza) with young Darcy, CHARBONNEL CHICKADEE. At just 7 months she is enjoying life to the full, with her ever-wagging tail, and she needs some belly feathering to complete the picture, but her angles and shape are evident for all to see, and we hope she has a rosy future.

Over in Sweden CHARBONNEL BLUE 'N' YELLOW had an excellent day winning BEST PUPPY IN BREED at the SKK  dog show for owners Theres and Borge under judge Lavinia Steer of Romania. He had a glowing critique and many admirers apparently, so we are very pleased with this young chaps development ....

10/5/08

CONGRATS to Tony's sister Liliann, MANACAS LAID OUT IN LAVENDER, for winning Best Puppy in Show for Sandy Williams at Coventry Cocker Spaniel Association today under judge David Bowers !!

8/5/08

Gundog day at Birmingham National and we have a few placings to report :

Firstly our own dogs :

CHARBONNEL SWEDISH DESIGN and MANACAS LEARN LIFES ROPES were both 2nd in their classes, DREAM DESIGN was VHC AND CASTANETTE was reserve.

I was thrilled for Trudy Anslow who was placed VHC in a well-filled class of quality puppy bitches with her oldest black youngster CHARBONNEL RINGLETTE (Debs). (CHARBONNEL DOUBLE DUTCH x SH.CH.CHARBONNEL LYNETTE)

Another pleasing win was for Neil and Eileen Hume who won 3rd in Limit and 2nd in Open with their blue bitch CHARBONNEL SAPPHIRE 'N' LACE, so she now has her Stud Book Number .....

Tony's sister Liliann, MANACAS LAID OUT IN LAVENDER, who now belongs to Sandy Williams (Wilmerella), was 3rd in her Puppy Bitch class and also won the Puppy bitch stakes!

5/5/08

A few successes over the weekend for CHARBONNEL'S with other proud owners :

CHARBONNEL FAIR FLAIR AVEC AMARANTH was BoB and Group 4 under Barbara Stamp at Anglesey and DCS for Lindsey Norris.

CHARBONNEL FAIR ENOUGH was 3rd in a strong class of 9 puppies judged by Mrs A Quartermain at Banbury and District Open Show for Sally Durham.

CHARBONNEL CHICKADEE was 3rd in Minor Puppy, first time out, at Gundog Club of North Wales under Ann-Marie Brooks, and CHARBONNEL RINGLETTE was 2nd, for Trudi Anslow.

Congratulations to Graham and Barbara too, for their super litter of 7 blacks born at the weekend, sired by our CHARBONNEL WAR HERO.

Hannah took some time out with the pups today, after their successes at Cheshire cocker..........it's important that they 'chill-out' between shows !(see photo) Little Sonja just loves a cuddle......

3/5/08

Well, Hannah was in the driving seat today, and how pleased we were with the results ! Under breed specialist Carol Welch (Carhowel) at Cheshire Cocker Open Show ,Hannah won both Minor Puppy classes with our litter brother and sister Desi and Sonja, and was also luckily enough to win Best Puppy in Show with Desi !!

I would like to thank all those who congratulated her for her win, as she was so thrilled, especially Jackie who she has so much regard for, and a big thank you to Linda Jones (Pipliz) who was the chauffeuse for the day, and who also handled Sonja so well in the line-up.

I am really pleased that at last I have a puppy who behaves himself enough to give Hannah a fair chance in the ring against the more 'senior' exhibitors (both in experience and age !) as so often in the past she has had the unenviable task of handling naughty pups who sometimes aren't the easiest to get the best out of. Desi already shows like a veteran and I do believe they are well suited.

Photo below shows the 'winning couple' with Desi in his favourite reclining position, which he gets from Mum Sonja who is now back in Sweden......

2/5/08

Just wanted to share this photo with you---- here's Hannah with old Ashley (SONIC SAILOR OF CHARBONNEL) when she wasn't more than 9 months old. To think that tomorrow she is taking charge of our 2 latest puppies at Cheshire Cocker Open Show, in my absence, and that she has just accepted her first judging appointment ,5 classes of cockers  !! Who could ask for a better second-in-command !!

28/4/08

Apologies to Pia ,Kennel Elmelund, Denmark, for forgetting to mention 'Maggie's' debut in puppy classes. Otherwise known as CHARBONNEL SWEDISH MODEL, she was placed 2nd out of 5 at her first Open show, in the 6-9 months class, so she would have been one of the youngest. Thanks for keeping me updated Pia !! Apparently she received many compliments.......

27/4/08

Congratulations to Kelly and Adam Simmonds who won BEST PUPPY IN SHOW at the Solid Colours CS Associations Open show today under Caroline Muirhead with Keladity Treasure, their black puppy bitch by CHARBONNEL INTERLORD X CHARBONNEL TRINKETTE AT KELADITY. She has most of my champions behind her, and is the result of a Warlord son mated to a Warlord granddaughter, and she is FN clear. That is the beauty of DNA testing....and that is how to use it, without losing quality.......

27/4/08

Championship Show debut day for 2 of our boys today at West of England Ladies Kennel Society and we were very pleased with the results .....Young Desi, CHARBONNEL SWEDISH DESIGN, won a good Minor Puppy Dog class of 7and seemed to enjoy every minute of it. He is such an easy puppy to show- when stacking him his legs and feet are already where they should be,no re-arranging required !!

Tony, MANACAS LEARN LIFES ROPES, followed Desi into the ring and won 2nd in Puppy Dog out of 11,so qualifying for Crufts too, and he did all that was asked of him. Considering he hasn't been here 2 weeks yet he is settling in very well, and we look forward to bringing him out again soon.

Our young bitches also did extremely well, with Sonja, CHARBONNEL DREAM DESIGN ,winning 4th out of 16 youngsters in Minor Puppy Bitch, and Dora, CHARBONNEL CASTANETTE, won Junior Bitch out of 12, so we had an enjoyable tiring day....!!

Congrats to Lindsey and Lottie, CHARBONNEL FAIR FLAIR AVEC AMARANTH, who was 2nd in Open bitch, thus gaining her STUD BOOK number and qualifying for CRUFTS for life !! Well done girls....!!!

22/4/08

Well, is Spring here? Must be.....when we took Lulu on the lawn to take photos she was panting and almost too hot to be bothered with such boring activities !

Anyhow, we managed to get a couple of snaps, just to illustrate the type of cocker we strive to produce, whatever the colour. This is CHARBONNEL PINNY 'N' PEARLS, 6 months after her first litter. She is only 7 direct generations on from my first parti-colour purchased from Jackie at Helenwood in 1987.This will give you an indication of how we breed carefully and with thought. 7 generations in 21 years. I'm sure there are some who would be 7 generations on in half that time !!

21/4/08

We had a very local show yesterday, only a mile and a half down the road....we entered 3 of our breeds to support the Society, and came home with 11 rosettes and nearly 20kg of dog food, !!

Many thanks to the cocker breed judge Miss Paula Whitham for awarding CHARBONNEL CASTANETTE JW the Best of Breed, as she then went on to win the Gundog Group under Elaine Thomas and Reserve Best in Show under Robin Searle.

Our Jack /Sonja pups were out for the first time, and the star of the show was our dog pup Desi, CHARBONNEL SWEDISH DESIGN, who was 2nd in Cocker Junior (no puppy class today) and then won Best Puppy in Breed and 2nd in the Gundog Puppy Group. Tony was 3rd behind Desi and Desi's litter sister, also called Sonja, was 4th.They all behaved really well. Hannah was Desi's handler throughout the show, and it looks like she will now be taking over his showing as they seemed to get on REALLY well !

(For news of our hound wins please see the Hound News page)

Photos below show DESI 3 days BEFORE he was prepared for the show, and half an hour AFTER the show...YES, it IS the same dog !!!

Good news from Sally Durham who took CHARBONNEL FAIR ENOUGH to the United Spaniel Association Open Show . Diva won Best Minor Puppy under judge Des Hodgkinson.

Sarah Amatt had Divas litter sister CHARBONNEL VANITY FAIR at East Anglian Cocker Spaniel Open show where she won VHC out of 9 in minor puppy bitch, so well done all of you !!!

16/04/08

In the 2007, the 'artist' Guillermo Vargas Habacuc, took a dog from the street, he tied him to a rope in an art gallery, starving him to death.

For several days, the 'artist' and the visitors of the exhibition have watched emotionless the shameful 'masterpiece' based on the dog's agony, until eventually he died.

PLEASE TAKE A MINUTE TO VIEW THESE AWFUL IMAGES AND SIGN THE PETITION- UNFORTUNATELY THE PEOPLE OF THE 'OUTSIDE WORLD' WERE TOO LATE FOR THE POOR DEFENCELESS CREATURE WHO WAS ALLOWED TO DIE IN FULL VIEW OF THESE BARBARIC ART-LOVERS, BUT MAYBE WE CAN DO SOMETHING TO STOP IT HAPPENING TO ANOTHER DOG. IT WILL TAKE 2 MINUTES OF YOUR TIME, WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO LOSE ????????

13/4/08

CONGRATULATIONS to Sally Durham for her wonderful win today with her black bitch puppy CHARBONNEL FAIR ENOUGH at The Birmingham Gundog and Terrier Open Show, where she won Best Puppy in Breed, Best Puppy in Group and Best Puppy in Show at the tender age of 7 months !! We are SO pleased for Sally and Diva, and extend our thanks to the judges Caroline Smith, Lynda Adams and Andrew Westwood.

Diva is by our young Warlord son, War Hero, who is really proving his worth with his progeny already notching up some notable wins here and overseas....

6/4/08

Great news from Monica in Sweden.....at the 2 back-to-back shows in Uddevalla CHARBONNEL MANACAS DESIGN was unbeaten in his puppy age group of 4-6 months and on the first day was declared BIS-3 under John Thirlwell and on the second day was declared BIS-4 under Peter Swigiski. What a wonderful start to this young mans career. Thank you Monica for presenting him so well....one of the judges remarked on his super driving movement, which is so apparent in the photo below of him moving....and his tail which swathes from side to side.....

5/4/08

Dora continued her winning ways today by winning Solid Graduate at Midland Cocker Spaniel Club championship show under Mrs.June Hill (Judena), and then being short-listed for the C.C. At 14 months she was the youngest of the 5 bitches short-listed, so I was very proud of her. There was a super entry of 270 + dogs and bitches for the 2 judges to evaluate.

I think the fact that Dora is a Noodle grand-daughter made it a bitter-sweet experience, but I know she is every bit as good as Noodle, and with that bustling movement and busy temperament she keeps the memory of her dear 'granny' alive and kicking !!

1/4/08

CONGRATULATIONS to Sonja ,and Monica in Sweden, as she was proclaimed Cocker of Cockers 2008 at a special event yesterday....we are SO proud, and of course happy that she obviously left us as she arrived last year,in tip-top condition, and ready to face the rigours of the ring again in her home country !!

Monica had an excellent day as Sonjas sire Arnie was also awarded Best Veteran and Folke was only beaten by his mother ! Also Colin, Tony's sire, was best runner up, only beaten by Sonja,so was Best Male. What you might call a clean sweep........Thanks to judge Sandra Fleming,Palacecraig.

Our youngsters out of Sonja, Desi and (our little) Sonja are pleased as punch and hope to continue in their mothers winning ways....though digging holes and finding dead birds is much more fun at the moment...!!!

29/3/08

Today we lost our beautiful little Noodle. Until her last minutes that little tail continued to wag but her zest for life eluded her. Having survived a serious operation following pyometra she unfortunately developed an allergic reaction to her internal sutures, a granuloma formed and she haemorrhaged. Anaemia resulted and she suffered a stroke, and she was just too debilitated to recover, and had to be given sleep.

When she is ready Hannah will write her own tribute to Noodle, with photos (Sh.Ch.Charbonnel Amorette JW), as they spent the whole of Noodles life together....

Hannah and I are only just coping with our loss, following on from the death of my dear father, and I have to say the many cards, emails and messages I have received have helped greatly in the coping process. Thank you to all those friends who have been there for us, and especially to Mike, Trudi and Barbara for their unstinting 'devotion to duty' in helping me with the dogs.

Special thanks of course to Hannah, who has really NOT had an Easter holiday as she has helped me every day, without complaint, since my knee op on the 10th March. It has not been an easy month I can tell you, and it certainly puts dog showing into perspective !!

25/3/08

Thanks to Theres and Borge for this photo of CHARBONNEL BLUE'N'YELLOW at his debut 9 days ago at SSRK Högbo, where he was declared Best 4-6 month puppy under judge Liz-Beth Liljeqvist.......

17/3/08

Well I have to say that the Charbonnel flag was flying this weekend, and all I had to do was sit and wait for the results to flow in....what a wonderful feeling !!

Where to start ? Well, Sweden is as good a place as any...Monica had an excellent day at the Swedish Spaniel and Retriever Club show at Högbo under the judge Liz-Beth Liljeqvist. We're proud to say that MANACAS LEARN LIFES ROPES won his first junior class (9-15 months in Sweden) and her new black puppy dog, Johnny, CHARBONNEL MANACAS DESIGN was 3rd in his class, first time out. He was only beaten by another Charbonnel and a Manacas - Manacas Mark MY WORDS, little Bjorn, so Monica and I are keeping it in the family. !! Both pups really behaved themselves and enjoyed their day out....

Dear Sonja was 2nd in the Champion bitch class, having fitted back in at home like a hand in glove !

The puppy dog who won first in the 4-6 months puppy dog class and best of his age was CHARBONNEL BLUE'N'YELLOW, who now belongs to Theres and Borge Johansson. Billy then went on to win BIS-R .WELL DONE !

Over in France there were 2 shows this weekend.............

Big thanks to Danielle for the above results.!!!

Then back to the UK where Sarah Amatt made her debut with her new puppy CHARBONNEL VANITY FAIR

at Woolwich, Bexley & District C.A show on the 16th March. We were SO thrilled to hear that Darcy won

1st in the Puppy class & BPIB  under Adam Simmonds, Keladity. I think Sarah is glad she waited 4 years for a pup from me, although she has a mass of puppy coat to 'play' with. Welcome to the Charbonnel 'club' Sarah !!!!

A special mention must be reserved for Trudi Anslow and CHARBONNEL RINGLETTE.....Trudi has helped me immensely in the last few days while I have been laid up after an operation and due to family commitments I have struggled to have enough time for my dogs. Trudi has given up her own time to care for the dogs and groom them, and even gave up a day at North of England Cocker championship show to help me. Luckily Mike was on hand to handle Debbie at the show for her, and he won a VHC in Puppy bitch with her, which Trudi was very pleased with. If there were rosettes for kindness though, you would have a red one Trudi !! I hope that you have as much fun with your newest puppy CHARBONNEL CHICKADEE, a beautiful WARLORD baby.

I'm waiting for photos from this last weekend....hint, hint.......!!!!

14/3/08

Better late than never...!!

Due to personal commitments this news is a little late, and not news really, but we couldn't let this years Crufts go unmentioned.

There were ups AND downs to gundog day - it was great to see many old and trusted friends again, but it was also the time to say goodbye to darling Sonja - Manacas Undesingned Dream - the ultimate sweetie of the Swedish cocker world....I really hope that our two Sonja children continue to progress and develop with their delightful temperaments and demeanour which makes them such easy pups to care for.......

Dora, C.Castanette, was 2nd in a large puppy bitch class, and Sonja won VHC in Open bitch. Congrats to Monica for all her placings, and to our friends Mike and Tracey for their placings too...

Here are a few pics from the day..............

On Sunday our PBGV bitch CHARBONNEL COCO was 1st in Junior (contrary to the printed results, which listed an absent bitch as the winner !)and was considered for the RCC by judge Pam Aldous, which pleased us.

Our Champion PBGV dog CHARBONNEL TOM CRUISE crossed the water to Northern Ireland on Saturday to start 12 months stay with Roy and Lesley Blevins,so as to attend some shows over there and have some fun. Thanks to you both for undertaking to keep Tommy in the way he has become accustomed !

Ann Zoutsos has now completed her painting of Tommy's head ...thanks Ann for painting a beautiful image of another Charbonnel Champion.

4/3/08

Thanks to Theres and Borge for this photo of CHARBONNEL BLUE 'N' YELLOW, their new acquisition from me and a welcome addition to their Allerts kennel in Sweden......they LOVE HIM !!!!

20/2/08

VERY sad news from Sweden, poor Camilla has met with a fatal accident. My thoughts are with Monica ,I know how much she loves her dogs, and contrary to how many people think of top breeders with a number of dogs, every one is loved and cherished unreservedly. I cannot put the words together better than Monica does....  www.manacas.se

God bless little one.....

18/2/08

A week ago one of Monica Forsanders blue roan bitches, Camilla, ran off to play with her golden friend Folke in the woods near Monicas home. Unfortunately, although Folke returned, Camilla did not. There are details on Monicas site www.manacas.se, along with photos of Camilla. The one featured here shows her at 10 months. Camilla IS microchipped, and as such is traceable to Monica of course.

Wherever you are you may be able to do a small thing to help Monica in her search for her, and to make people aware of her disappearance. PLEASE do anything you can to help - maybe you go into chat rooms where other cocker breeders from around the world go, ANYTHING is better than nothing. Monica has many people checking papers for adverts of dogs for sale etc. Until you have experienced something like a dog going missing, no-one can tell you how hard it is to cope with. It is now nearly 5 years since my Cilla and Ozzie were stolen, and the memories of the fear and the not-knowing still give me a cold feeling in the pit of my stomach. I was lucky, we got them back safe and sound, and I want Monica to feel the relief I did when I had them back in my arms, so PLEASE, PLEASE help in any way possible. Because, one day, it could be you in the same boat.............

9/2/08

Congratulations to Monica and the pups today at the Gundog show in Mjölby. Judge: Mrs Kari Granaas Hansen
Our Tony - Manaca's Learn Life's Ropes and Sandy Williams' Liliann - Manaca's Laid Out in Lavender were BOB and BOS puppies respectively. Tony was also awarded 4th in the BIS Puppy final.Thank you Monica for showing them both in such beautiful condition for us.......

3/2/08

I am very proud to say that on the last 2 occasions that I have officiated at Open shows I have sent through the eventual Best in Show winner. Last week at Newton Abbot and South Devon Canine Society it was the fabulous whippet bitch, Mrs.A.Prowse's FREEHAMLET STAR KWALITI who was awarded the ' Top Spot' by the BIS judge Marion Hodgson (Ddalrus) .Her Dam Fullerton Grace of Freehamlet was my Best Veteran in Group winner and she was also Best Veteran in Show !! Both my veteran winner and 3 of my 5 whippet class winners were by the late Ch.Fullerton Dream Mover. I guess that's what you call judging to type.....

Today, my ESS BOB at Merseyside Gundog Club was Ray Smiths MELVERLY SUBLIMITY. A cracking youngster, whose sire Sh. Ch. Mistilys Magic Merlin at Shipden was bred by my good friend Christina Daniels in Sweden. It was interesting to be told this after I had judged her, also to hear that she had won her first C.C. at Manchester Championship show last month at only 12 months of age !! I'm very pleased to say that she went on to win BIS under Mr. David Bell (Balintyne). I think she has a rosy future.....

27/1/08

Thanks to Monica for the latest news of Tony's success in Sweden....at the SSRK Stomsholm under Petra Junehall Tony won Best Puppy Dog. The photo was taken afterwards out side...I am really pleased with his progress and development so far, and can't wait until he is here with us. More news on our plans for him as and when we know. His passport allows him travel after the 10th of April, so we will hopefully get him to shows at the end of April/beginning of May, once he has had time to get to know us and settle in.

Monica also sent us this enchanting photo of Johnny and Bjorn, the new 'partners in crime' at Manacas !!!!

25/1/08

Well, it's not really news now, but I have to mention that Trudy Anslow and CHARBONNEL RINGLETTE had a wonderful day at Manchester Championship show (no C.C.'s), winning Best Puppy in Breed at only 7 and a half months under Eleanor Bothwell (Norcis).. I'm hoping that I'll soon have a photo of Debbie for this page...

Monica now has her long-awaited black boy from Sonja,,, she calls him Johnny, and he has now settled in well at Manacas and has had his first 'Swedish' trim...............Please meet CHARBONNEL MANACAS DESIGN......

13/1/08

Congratulations to Trudi and Charbonnel Ringlette (Crumpettes sister) who were competing at Stoke on Trent Gundog today. Although there was not much competition in the breed, she was declared Best Puppy by breed specialist Carol Share-Jones and then shortlisted into the final 7 in the Puppy Group by Mike Gadsby.

This follows her Best Puppy in Breed at Whitchurch CS under Kirsty Miller and Best of Breed and 2nd in the Gundog Puppy group at Oakengates. Well done both of you.

Not to be outdone, Claire White and Charbonnel Ripplette, the 3rd of these 3 Lynette daughters, was 2nd in a large breed puppy class first time out. Really proud of these girls (human and canine !!)

12/1/08

Well Dora -CHARBONNEL CASTANETTE- started 2008 with a bang at Rotherham & District Cocker Spaniel Club, just as we like it !!!

Under breed specialist Peter Pavey (Manchela) she won Reserve BIS and Best Puppy, so thank you for a lovely day !

Little Sally, CHARBONNEL CRUMPETTE,(!!) now the 'baby' of the team, was attending her first show after only one visit to ringcraft. Pleased to say she was 2nd in Minor Puppy Bitch, and that she behaved impeccably for such a youngster.

3/1/08

Brilliant news from Sweden.....Monica and Tony won BoB Puppy (Best Puppy in Breed) at Gothenburg National today. We are SO proud. His sister Liliann won her Puppy class too, and Dad Colin was declared BoB and won 2nd in the group. A wonderful day for the Manacas kennel, and for us too...!!

On Sunday I wil have the privilege and pleasure of seeing them all in the flesh at the Gothenburg International show...fingers crossed for an equally good outcome......

1/1/08

Interestingly, 24% of my hits today have been from Sweden,34% from Scandinavia generally !!! Thank you for your interest and your emails !
